About Your Coach:

I’m a Certified Menopause Nutrition Coach with 11+ years’ experience, supporting women through the nutritional and lifestyle changes of peri- and post-menopause.

I’ve worked with women since 2007, starting in group fitness, Zumba and Personal training over time I saw how many women were blaming themselves when their bodies changed instead of being supported through those changes.

Alongside lived experience of PCOS and menopause, I’ve completed specialist training including the Holistic Peri- post Menopause training, 3rd Age Menopause Course, Hormone 101 with Dr Jessica Drummond, and a Health Coaching qualification with advanced nutrition.

My approach is realistic, evidence-based, and compassionate focused on nourishment, not restriction, and long-term health, not quick fixes.
