How does the continuation programme work?
You will complete a fun 30 minute 5 days a week workout over in our private whatsapp community. So you will recieve 5 new workouts a month. The workouts are designed so that you can go at a pace that suits you.
What equipment do I need?
+ exercise mat
+ 2 - 5kg dumbbells (appropriate to your fitness)
