How does the programme work?
You will complete a fun 30 minute 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7am) workout online through Live on zoom. You will be part of a whatsapp group where you will recieve the zoom link and also gain accountability to make sure you show up each session. Your first session will start with a Fitness Test so you can see your progress over the 6 weeks and last session will end with a fitness test. The workouts are designed for all levels and abilities.
What equipment do I need?
+ exercise mat
+ 2 - 5kg dumbbells (appropriate to your fitness)
